Fleggburgh Neighbourhood Plan (2025-2042): Regulation 16 Version August 2026

Great Yarmouth Borough Council is currently publishing and consulting upon the Fleggburgh Neighbourhood Plan review (2025-2042) under Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. This is a formal plan prepared by Fleggburgh Parish Council. If adopted, the Neighbourhood Plan's policies will be used to help decide planning applications within the Parish. There is currently an adopted Neighbourhood Plan for Fleggburgh which forms part of the development plan for the Borough. This consultation relates to a review of the adopted document (or a 'Modification Proposal').

 

Representations (comments) on the document are invited between Monday 10 August 2026 and Monday 28 September 2026. These can be submitted as follows:

Representations should address whether or not the draft Neighbourhood Plan meets the basic conditions, and other matters that the examiner is required to consider under paragraph 11 of Schedule A2 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

 

Following the representation period, the Neighbourhood Plan together with all duly made representations will then be submitted to the independent examiner.
